Returns Policy

We accept returns for most new and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. In such cases, we will provide a replacement or full refund, and return shipping costs will be covered by us.

For standard returns, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

For large items, we offer two shipping options. Standard shipping usually takes about 7-15 business days. Expedited shipping usually takes about 3-7 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
