30-day returns Return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Estimated delivery is shown at checkout.

For standard returns, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

The accessories feel really solid and well made. Everything looks good together, and the overall setup is exactly the style I was looking for. Really happy with how it turned out.

Multi-Functional Stainless Steel Kitchen Sink 30.71"×18.90" Single Bowl Workstation Sink
The beauty and the price both gave me a huge surprise. The lines are very smooth, which is why I like Japanese basins. The drainage position has a slope, and this detail is done very well. Holding it makes you feel stable and thick. It weighs over ten kilograms when weighed, and I'm very satisfied. The accessories inside are also very good. With limited financial resources, maybe I should choose a Japanese brand. This one is also good. Ignoring the brand, there doesn't seem to be much difference in quality. The salesperson told me to be more careful with my spending.
