We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt, and if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Some types of merchandise cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), customized products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you own and once the return is accepted, purchase a new item separately.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original form of payment. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
