30-day returns Return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We accept returns for most new and unused items within 30 days of delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. In such cases, we will provide a replacement or full refund, and return shipping costs will be covered by us.
For standard returns, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery availability may vary by region, and additional charges may apply for remote areas.
For large items, we offer two shipping options. Standard shipping usually takes about 20-25 business days. Expedited shipping usually takes about 3-7 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

On-site installation is not included. Each product comes with an installation manual, and video guidance is available for selected items.

The build quality looks really good and it feels solid in hand. The hose does have a very slight bend in one spot, though. I haven’t had a gas canister nearby yet, so I haven’t been able to test it or check for leaks. I’ll update my review once I’ve had a chance to try it out.
